The answer is NO! Self-care isn't selfish.
In fact, self care helps you empathize with others and fill your cup so you can pour out all the love and positivity to people around you.

1. Mindfulness

Self-care doesn’t have to mean a full spa day or a weekend getaway. Sometimes, all it takes is a few quiet minutes to yourself. 5. Setting Boundaries
